Product Information

How are your products made?

Lilac Cactus products are custom designed and then printed upon your order submission. The printing company has locations nationwide and will print and ship from a location closest to your delivery address for faster shipping.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link to your email once your order has shipped (typically within 3-7 business days). If you have questions about your order, email lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com

Delivery & Shipping

When will I get my order?

It typically takes 3-7 business days to fulfill an order and begin shipping. Once shipped, your order is estimated to get to you within 3-4 business days. With Covid-19, our shipping may be delayed slightly.

My order should be here by now - what should I do?

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for delivery date and double check you wrote the correct address.
  2. Check with your local post office to make sure they don't have your package.
  3. If your address is correct and your estimated delivery date passed more than 4 business days ago, please email lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

At this time due to Lilac Cactus being a small business, we do not provide returns. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered for incorrect or damaged products. If you've received an incorrect or damaged product, contact lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

What can I do if I ordered the wrong size?

Since sizing charts and measurements are available on each product page, we cannot provide exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size. If you ordered a product and received a different size than is on your receipt, please contact lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com and include your order number as well as pictures of the incorrect product/size and we'll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

 Who designs and runs Lilac Cactus?

I'm a marketing and design professional who is obsessed with plants. I never loved the graphic tees I could find online, so I decided to create designs that I would wear. I enjoy playing around with designs in Adobe Creative Suite and decided to share my designs with other people!

How can I request a new product?

If you see a design you like, but want it as a t-shirt, phone case, or sweatshirt instead of the current product it is available on, email lilaccactus.customerservice@gmail.com with the subject line "I HAVE AN IDEA" and submit your request. I'm totally open to expanding the products I offer and getting an understanding of what you like!
